Sale of PFEIFER ISOFER AG to the pewag groupIn the process of a strategic reorientation within the PFEIFER group, headquartered in Memmingen/Germany, the shareholder and the management board have decided to put PFEIFER ISOFER AG into new hands. In September 2022, the pewag group, a long-standing supplier of the PFEIFER Group based in Klagenfurt, Austria, took over all shares in PFEIFER ISOFER. The company will operate under the name of pewag Suisse AG in the future. The pewag group is a leading global manufacturer of chains and slings with a fast-expanding worldwide distribution network. PFEIFER ISOFER has been the exclusive distributor of the pewag brand in Switzerland for many years.
